If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it complete with packaging and proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase we will exchange or issue gift vouchers to the current retail value. We do not accept responsibility for charges incurred when returning items unless proven faulty. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods have been worn or used unless faulty. Non-faulty goods exchanged or replaced are subject to the p&p charges, printed or embroidered goods will be subject to additional costs.

Monthly Offers Merchandise & Free Merchandise.
To receive a refund of unwanted merchandise, all Monthly Offers or Free Merchandise claimed within the transaction must be returned unused or unworn in order to receive a full refund of the unwanted goods.

If any of the Monthly Offer Merchandise or Free Merchandise returned has been used or worn then you will be charged the current retail value of the items.

Monthly Offer and or Free Merchandise may be subject to an expiry date those of which will be displayed on the main home page.

Monthly Offers and or Free Merchandise must be claimed at the point of sale on the day of purchase. Merchandise cannot be claimed after the point of sale.

Monthly Offers and Free Merchandise can not be exchanged for any other merchandise.

All offers are subject to availability.

No refund or exchange on sale/offer merchandise once purchased.

Management reserve the right to refuse any Monthly Offers or Free Merchandise.

Availability
Due to the high demand, some items may sell out, however, we will try to supply the exact order. Any orders where an item is temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order and sent when in stock. If any items are discontinued, the amount paid for that item will be refunded back to the original method of payment.

Delivery.
We make every effort to ensure quick despatch but please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery, subject to stock.
